    Visions offers a growing library of ready-to-go training opportunities designed to support teams in understanding the fundamentals of behavior change.

    As behavior consultants, we provide training and coaching to the teams of those who support and serve clients; this includes the client themselves, their family, care providers, foster and group home providers, and any other service providers in need of further training.

    For teams, agencies or others in the community who may be seeking general learning opportunities related to behavioral health, our professional trainings offer practical solutions for a variety of topic-specific needs.

  • Oregon Intervention System

    In Oregon, we provide approved training in the Oregon Intervention System (OIS). Our instructors are able to provide state-authorized trainings to foster providers, group homes and personal support workers.

    What is OIS?

    OIS is Oregon’s only approved system for training and implementing the principles of Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) to staff and family members that support adults and children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) who may engage in behaviors of concern.
