Inclusion
We commit to empower, build and continue to develop a diverse team and organization. This commitment is to better understand and serve the multilayered cultures and identities of the people we serve, work with, and interact with across our agencies and valuable stakeholders. Diversity refers to all the ways we view and experience the world, with respect for differences in race, gender identity and expression, age, ethnicity, disabilities (seen and unseen), family or marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, education, religion, and all the ways we may identify as a community. Inclusion is the state of being heard, recognized, and valued. It’s about creating a sense of belonging for every person and a trust that “you are valued and deserve to be here.”
At Visions, LLC, our Diversity & Inclusion efforts focus on uplifting the experiences and
perspectives of underrepresented groups and doing the work that draws out the best in all of us. Visions, LLC promotes a culture of celebrating and encouraging each other and stands firmly against workplace bullying and abuse. We believe in transparency and equity across people, learning experiences, opportunities, pay scales and objective processes that foster these values across the organization.
