Marsha has been working in the behavior analysis field since 2015. Marsha started as an RBT, while attending Purdue University Global for her undergraduate and graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2020, Marsha became a BCBA with experience working with in a wide range of ages and backgrounds: including early intervention, youth, adults, foster care, trauma, criminal justice systems, and abuse.

Areas of interest include adult services in the IDD community, neurodivergent disorders, criminal justice services, Military transitional care

Additional experience as a Human Rights Committee Chair/Member, Behavior Support Committee Chair/Member, Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, and Director of a residential agency that served individuals with intellectual disabilities and severe behavior disorders.

Working with adults with intellectual disabilities and adults with traumatic brain injuries.
