    Executive Director

    BCBA from Southern Illinois- Carbondale, PhD in Organizational Leadership from TCSP, experience working in the field for 35 years.

    Areas of Professional Interest:
    Application of Leadership and Behavioral principles into the operation of human service organizations.

  • Jane Walker, MS, BCBA

    Metro East Regional Director

    Behavior Analyst
    she/her/hers

    M.A. in Counseling. I have worked in residential settings for individuals with ID and Mental Illness, school settings, and day programs.

    Areas of Professional Interest:
    Working with adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illness.

    Cooking/baking, cross stitching, walking/running outside

  • Jackie Thaxton, MA, BCBA

    Behavior Analyst
    she/her/hers

    M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University. Experience working in various settings including clinics, house-based therapy, and schools; served as the Clinical Director at an autism center for eight years that served individuals with autism and related disabilities.

    Areas of Professional Interest:
    Teaching functional communication skills, working with individuals with developmental disabilities, teaching pro-social behavior.

    Traveling, canoeing, spending time outdoors

  • Marsha Avery, MS, BCBA

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst

    Marsha has been working in the behavior analysis field since 2015. Marsha started as an RBT, while attending Purdue University Global for her undergraduate and graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2020, Marsha became a BCBA with experience working with in a wide range of ages and backgrounds: including early intervention, youth, adults, foster care, trauma, criminal justice systems, and abuse.

    Areas of Professional Interest:

    Areas of interest include adult services in the IDD community, neurodivergent disorders, criminal justice services, Military transitional care

    Reading, Paddleboarding, & music

  • Megan Lemke, MS, BCBA

    Behavior Analyst

    M.S. in Behavior Analysis and Therapy. Experience in providing behavioral services to children, adolescents, adults and families in various settings. Additional experience as a Human Rights Committee Chair/Member, Behavior Support Committee Chair/Member, Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, and Director of a residential agency that served individuals with intellectual disabilities and severe behavior disorders.

    Areas of Professional Interest:
    Working with adults with intellectual disabilities and adults with traumatic brain injuries.

  • Myeisha Wilson, Program Coordinator

    St. Louis Treatment Court

    22 years of Law Enforcement with a high concentration in Interview and Interrogation, experienced Juvenile Investigator, C.I.T. (Crisis Intervention Team) in multiple states, former F.B.I. certified C.N.U. (Crisis Negotiations Unit) Commander, and Public Relations Officer.

    Areas of Professional Interest:

    I am extremely passionate with assisting Adults and Children who experience emotional, mental, physical and behavioral reactions to a crisis. I believe in community rebuilding from an empathetic stand point and enjoy providing resources and direction to those in need with full inclusion and diversity.

  • Rachel Turek, MA, BCBA

    Behavior Analyst

    M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Ball State University, with experience working at a camp that hosted many different children and adults with both physical and intellectual disabilities.

    Healthy Relationships and Boundaries, Working with all adults, and Dementia/Alzheimer's and behavior
