Jackie Thaxton, MA, BCBA
Behavior Analyst
she/her/hersM.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University. Experience working in various settings including clinics, house-based therapy, and schools; served as the Clinical Director at an autism center for eight years that served individuals with autism and related disabilities.

Marsha Avery, MS, BCBA

Marsha has been working in the behavior analysis field since 2015. Marsha started as an RBT, while attending Purdue University Global for her undergraduate and graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2020, Marsha became a BCBA with experience working with in a wide range of ages and backgrounds: including early intervention, youth, adults, foster care, trauma, criminal justice systems, and abuse.
Areas of Professional Interest:
Areas of interest include adult services in the IDD community, neurodivergent disorders, criminal justice services, Military transitional care

Behavior Analyst
she/her/hersM.S. in Behavior Analysis and Therapy. Experience in providing behavioral services to children, adolescents, adults and families in various settings. Additional experience as a Human Rights Committee Chair/Member, Behavior Support Committee Chair/Member, Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, and Director of a residential agency that served individuals with intellectual disabilities and severe behavior disorders.
