Research Based Strategies
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientific approach for discovering environmental factors that reliably influence socially significant behavior and for developing an approach toward behavioral change that takes practical advantage of those discoveries. Positive Behavior Support (PBS) is a set of research-based strategies used to increase quality of life and decrease problem behavior by teaching new skills and making changes in a person’s environment.
Visions’ brings professionals with a vast array of experience in working with persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities, as well as supporting organizations. All behavior analysis services are directly provided by, or supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
A Caring Company
Visions’ founders and all it’s employees are individuals that care deeply about helping people get the greatest enjoyment out of their life by assisting in their unique transformation process. Helping starts with caring and that’s what we do.
Behaviors do not just change overnight and we understand that. By creating a plan that can be implemented over time and adjusting it accordingly results can be achieved that are long term. We have the experience to see this through.
